Website management

A website you don't have to worry about.

We design, build and manage company websites long term and keep them fast, secure, up to date and ready for search engines.

What you get

From first draft to daily operations

A company website is not a one-off project. It needs hosting, updates, backups, security patches, small content changes and the occasional bigger overhaul. We take that off your plate so you can focus on customers.

  • Website design and build: company sites, landing pages, microsites
  • Redesign and migration of existing sites with URL mapping, redirects and indexing checks to minimise the risk of losing search traffic
  • Hosting, domains, TLS certificates (HTTPS) and e-mail (e.g. Websupport or your own server)
  • Regular updates, backups and security monitoring
  • Content changes and minor development within an agreed monthly scope
  • Speed and uptime measurement, basic SEO setup
How to start

A sensible first step

The right start depends on whether you need a new website or help with an existing one. We clarify that in the introductory consultation. A detailed technical audit with priorities is a separate paid package, and you do not need it to start working with us.

Introductory consultation

60 minutes Free

We go through your situation and tell you openly whether and how we can help. It can take place online or in person in Bratislava, with no sales pitch and no commitment. A short description of what you are dealing with is enough.

Process

I need a new website

To start, a short description of the company, the goal of the site and any deadline is enough. If you have a logo, texts or examples of sites you like, send them. You do not need a finished brief.

Let's talk about a new website
  1. We clarify the goal

Who the site serves and what it should bring the company.

  2. We agree the scope and price

Content, required features, materials and the plan of work. The quote separates the one-off build from any monthly management.

  3. We prepare the design and the site

Structure, design and copy with your customers and mobile devices in mind. You approve the direction and the result before launch.

  4. We launch and agree ongoing care

We handle deployment, measurement and redirects and agree who will update the content from then on and what any management covers.

Process

I have a website and need help

For the first contact, the site address and a few sentences about what you are dealing with are enough. If you have a current supplier, say whether that cooperation continues. We ask for materials according to the agreed scope.

I need help with an existing website

What do you need help with?

Regular maintenance and support

Updates, backups, monitoring and agreed changes. We first agree the scope and the terms of taking the site over. A redesign is not required.

Specific changes or a redesign

Together we decide what works on the current site and what the new design should improve. During a migration we take care of redirects and indexing.

Not sure yet, I need a recommendation

We go through the site in a free introductory consultation. A detailed technical audit with a prioritised list of actions is a separate fixed-price package.

  1. You send the address and describe the need

What does not work today or what you want to secure.

  2. We clarify the terms of cooperation

For maintenance we agree access and the handover from the current supplier, and for changes the goal and the scope.

  3. You receive a proposal of scope and price

One-off work and any monthly retainer are separated in the quote.

  4. We start the agreed care or changes

We do only what you have chosen.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We ask for access to the hosting, the domain and the CMS, review the state of the site and agree the scope of management. Whether the cooperation with the original supplier continues is up to you.

No. Maintenance is a service of its own: updates, backups, monitoring and agreed changes. We suggest a redesign only when the site holds your goals back, and always as a separate proposal.

For an existing site, its address and a description of what you need. For a new site, the goal, the approximate amount of content and the features you need. The quote separates one-off work from any monthly retainer.

The retainer covers updates, backups, security monitoring and an agreed number of hours for content changes and minor development. Larger changes and redesigns are a separate proposal. Hosting and the domain depend on where the site runs (with your provider or through us) and are listed separately in the quote.

When it fits. Simple company sites are often better served by a static site without a database, which is faster and more secure. For sites with frequent content changes we deploy a suitable CMS.
